Here is a love song I heard just recently.  This is about commitment, growing old with a loved one.

I always believed that relationships involve investment - in time, effort, feelings including future.  I just want to delve into that thinking for now.  It is always nice to look forward but what if something happens along the way?  At least we got today - which we call the PRESENT - so let's grasp it while we still have the feeling.

I have missed Alanis Morissette and when I thought I have heard all of her songs before, this one came up.  This is a song introduced to me by a special friend who is living true to its meaning.

This song has been running through my mind, over and over, while my thoughts wonder around.  My mind is pre-occupied with the memories I had with this special person.  I have been so happy except for the thought that we cannot be really together because we have our own respective commitments.  We just share special feelings that lighten our daily existence... I am running out of words that the song lyrics is all that I can think of.
